Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

More than 24 hours' notice: You may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your payment to a new appointment, subject to availability.

Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation charge of 50% of the treatment fee will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and genuine emergencies will always be considered at my discretion.
