Appointments can be requested online by completing the booking form, or by telephone or message, subject to availability.
Once your booking request has been received, an invoice will be issued. Your appointment is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received confirmation from me.
To secure your appointment, payment is required in advance.

Please note that your requested appointment time cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received. Until your booking is confirmed, my availability may change.
I currently accept payment by bank transfer.
As massage treatments are a professional service and appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, refunds are handled in line with the Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations or appointment changes made more than 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for either a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a new appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once a treatment has been provided, refunds are not normally available.
If you have any concerns about your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible. I value client feedback and will always aim to resolve any genuine concerns fairly and promptly.

Massage treatments are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate behaviour, language or requests will result in the treatment ending immediately, with the full treatment fee remaining payable.
If you are not ready for your appointment at the agreed time, your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure I can arrive promptly for my next client. The full treatment fee will still apply.
If I am unexpectedly delayed, I will contact you as soon as possible. Your treatment will usually continue as planned unless we mutually agree to reschedule your appointment.
